Growing up the eldest of five in Flint, Michigan, I learned to be driven and resilient. In a simple, small town, I developed a heart for helping others stretch beyond physical and mental limitations. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia in the 90's, I had an amazing opportunity to perform in the opening and closing ceremonies of the 1996 Olympic Games. I now reside in Indianapolis, Indiana with my husband Darrin, three children India, Bryce, Elle, and three grandsons Israel, Jeremiah, and Kayson.

Advocating for community and being present is important. I serve as the Secretary of Oxford Neighborhood Association, Special Events Volunteer at the East 38th Street Public Library, IBE's Classic Parade Lead Media Communicator, Co-Founder of Galore, an Executive's accountability group, and as the PTO President of Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School.

I hold a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science Business Degree. Over the past 20 years, I've learned the value of resourceful human development, leading to the creation of Live4aLivin, LLC. Our Mission is to teach individuals how to love what they do and to live a life that they choose. We welcome you to Live4aLivin.
